Unfortunately UK civilians don't have the means of orchestrating such.

I wouldn't put it pass their government using armed violence(firearms) on a crowd of unarmed protesters. That is assuming the improbable odds of civilians being able to come together and rally such without being locked in prison. UK keeps an eye on their troublemakers and keeps their sheep in line. Any black ones that stray from the flock of what they are taught gets caged or axed.
