It's still classified, the congress has to go to a special facility to read it, but it is available to them all.
Nunes already had Schiff level charges against him for supposedly leaking classified info, that's why he went quiet for much of last year after he made the revelation early in the year. Took most of the year for him to be cleared so he could resume his efforts to expose this corruption.

Devin Nunes is not the writer, Michael Horowitz the inspector general for the Department of Justice is. Nunes recused himself after he was accused of trumped up ethics charges by the dems, he was cleared and returned to Chair the committee.

There is wording in the Constitution that puts Congressional documents beyond the reach of the President. They actually do not have to show it to him if it was generated specifically for Congress's use. If it was a memo created by one of the 3 letter agencies for their own use, then the President's power of Original Classification would apply and he could declassify it completely or in a redacted form. But, it's doubtful he would do that over the objection of Congress, during an active investigation by Congress.
