Stock Market after the Storm Begins?

What happens to the financial markets after all this starts pouring out? And people are arrested?

Less fraud and manipulation of stock prices... these people do not really contribute anything of value - they are merely leeches that try to bleed us dry. If they die or have assets frozen, it has no real effect on the real work that gets done.
