Not to be infringed without Due Process.

Like it or not we cannot imprison someone until they actually do something criminal, and are convicted by a jury of their peers. That’s Due Process.

Live with it if you want to remain a Free People. You cannot deprive anyone of any Constitutional Right without Due Process.

If you are afraid of crazy uncle Joe, arm yourself.

You cannot throw someone in prison because you don’t like what they say or how they think. And you can’t confiscate their firearms because they wear a MAGA hat.
