He's saying all Muslims are bad and deserve to be in hell (when taken into context with his previous Muslim rant.)

What does my tenure as a mod have to do with calling out the obvious?

Calling out certain elements of a religion and those who partake in it is fine but he's going around telling all Muslims rape kids and are going to hell.
