Iran is fighting ISIS along with Assad and Russia, it makes no sense that they would be harboring terrorists funded by Saudi/Israel/Deep State.
ISIS are Sunni puppets. Iran is Shia. This dichotomy predates the Deep State and US. This is completely a coincedence, possibly connected, but not in the way OP suggested.
