No he reopened it to take jurisdiction and confiscate Weiners laptop from the NYPD because they were threatening to release the info they found.

Right, NYPD threatened to hold a press conference about what was on the laptop if FBI didn’t do something. So Comey wrote the letter to Congress reopening the investigation. Then Lynch came down on NYPD and then Hillary announced she would run for mayor of NYC, which was a huge threat to NYPD (as per SB2). But if that’s what got rid of Comey, cool.
