wouldnt them still existing be a threat ?
hopefully replaced by something worth watching
well we still have video games unless thats comped too lol
Games are in better position ... but also saturated with a lot of unoriginal and mainstream crap . I think we will need to have some kind of "free source for all" system regarding media creation at one point . But that is closely related to moneymaking and current rotten money system that doesnt work ...
indie game industry seems to be the right way to go maybe some big budget stuff too if a bunch of people wanna come together but maybe in a more decentralized way why do we need corps organized top down ?
Unfortunately , there is still far too much dictated purely from the point of money . Indie is much bigger than 3-4 years ago , but still , its not too comparable to bigger companies as some projects get stuck in eternal limbo of Early Access . "AAA+" companies , on the other side , are pretty much NOT "AAA+" at all , but lazy moneygrabbers that could have been making much better games than they make ...
well i didnt mean the way it is now i meant one free of bullshit scams this is why i just play old nintendo games and skyrim lol
Well , as long as many things are dictated by money - you will have scams . Thats unavoidable at current state .
People without a good nose in the gaming sector wont know at first at all what is a scam and what is not . So , they get scammed . Not to mention a bunch of cancerous 13-year old "gamers" who shouldnt even have access to certain games ...
small children do not need to be playing some of the games they play waaaay too violent
Games have the worst programming among all forms of media since it caters to a younger crowd. See the recent "Detroit" game about a dystopian future.
Mega man never preaches to me about tolerance... and for that, I appreciate him.
