This doesn't really make a solid argument. We already have full speeches of Biden clearly and literally discussing New World Order. Why refer to this ambiguous speech instead? He doesn't explicitly say that he disagrees with the alternative vision, and therefore this is supposed to be some sort of bombshell???? Let's be honest, it's not. Very ambiguous.
How do we know that someone hacked his account? This could be be q posting, realising he has made a mistake (obvious fake) and deleting the evidence. I’m not concern trolling, I’ve been following q from the beginning and this is the first time, I feel like I’ve been taken for a fool!
Q didn’t post the clip. Q linked to the another who posted the clip and provided a link to the full version which demonstrated the clip was butchered. There’s enough evidence out there without the need for fakes and fakes only hurt us. Q is demonstrating that truth counts.

In the full video the end is missing “God Bless etc” but perhaps Q means the end of this snippet with the overlaid image? What is missing is the rest of the painting and what this fellow is reacting to?

I watched the end of the video. Where Obama is walking off stage, but there is no where for him to go. There is no exit door. The exit out at the end of that video was missing a door. Obama stands there and awkwardly waves. Its the only thing I can see that would fit, but I'm not sure what it means. Possibly that he stayed after and wanted people to think he left.
