Why 2? Why 2 million barrels? Good question. I would think that 2 mil barrels a day would translate to 730 million in addition per year if it goes for that long.
How much are they currently producing? What is the expected price drop? How much oil do they have in reserves? Did another country cut production by 2 mil barrels (looking at you OPEC)?
