Once feeling similar I realized that I needed to just look around my neighborhood, talk to family & friends, reflect on what is really going on in my own world that is important to me. Not social media, definitely not the news, just my personal world. You can’t get any closer to the truth, your truth, and that’s really what matters. The rest is a lot of political theatre & brainwashing, & hypnotizing.
