I think this is more accurate. Even if it were 5% bots, you can do a lot of damage with the amount of posting reaching other accounts by those accounts retweeting/boosting each other. The twitter algorithm and boost those bot accounts as well. You can give a loud voice to a small percentage if you have a stacked deck.
