It makes zero sense to say/say both these things:

Connect what happens with Ukraine as having such a eschatological tipping point that it literally threatens a person's perception of civilization worldwide, which puts all blame on one man in another country; and
-
Expect that such a narrative can cover up that SOROS' OWN INTERESTS in Ukraine are so important that if the information victory (which logically requires as a component the 'real' objects of real events of which additional information can be created about those real objects) were to get out then worldwide awakening of true history of Ukraine and who were responsible and maybe that information Putin has.
