I, for one, believe the devolution theory: that Trump signed executive orders pertaining to the military and leveraged existing PEADs.
It’s actually much cleaner this way, if true. Instead of Trump issuing justice from the executive, this way, Biden (taking orders from Trump et al) can force the Old Guard to SELF destruct, while red pilling millions and millions of American citizens in the process.
