Wife just told me that last Sunday an ambulance traveled up and down a one way service road at her bus stop then parked across diagonally across the street at an abandoned store with their light pointing towards her. Local cronies usually drop chemicals just before she arrives, so this is a form of intimidation and mockery. After Covid, and all this chaos, most are aware that there is deep infiltration in all areas of emergency services and that these people do whatever they want knowing no one will do anything about it. None of them can be trusted anymore whatsoever. Be proactive, monitor the stop, watch for locals who follow her, watch for specialized radiation lights from vehicles and houses, and because of the lack of trust, it would be nice for her to see a military vehicle of some sort during her trip as uniforms are to easy to display.
