IMO the plan is in the “Meh” stage.

Ancient stories used to say thoughts were planted like seeds in the mind. Or thoughts were sons and daughters and the mother was the emotional mind and the father the Intelligent mind.
Only when “religion” interpreted it to only mean the words on the page did the idea of a house was the mind change.
So sweep your own porch has a new meaning.
According to the Bible the last chapter says do not change the meaning of this book.
If something is written in an ancient language and is TRANSLATED into another then it’s explained as only the words on the page then “all you see is a parable.”

It’s raining cats and dogs has nothing to do with animals.
A snake talking isn’t about a snake.
A tree in a garden isn’t about an actual tree.
A virgin birth isn’t about a baby.
It’s all illustration.
The problem is people who follow religious meanings or literal translations/interpretations have to create it.
So if it says, “Go in the city and kill the people.” Then religions will do exactly that.
But, of City is the Mind and people are thoughts then it’s telling you to meditate.
