Michael Rapaport Says He Was Wrong About Donald Trump’s Charlottesville Statement

Leena NasirFebruary 09, 2024 4:46

“Boston Public” star Michael Rapaport admitted Friday he was wrong about the Charlottesville narrative involving former President Donald Trump.

Trump gave a speech after an Aug. 2017 protest in Charlottesville, Virginia, over the removal of a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee. In the speech, Trump said there were well-meaning people on both sides of the debate. However, since neo-Nazis were involved in the protest, some falsely claimed Trump said neo-Nazis were “fine people.”

MichaelRapaport admittedon the “Patrick Bet David Podcast” thatthe media completely misled himwhen Trump said there were “fine people on both sides.” Rapaport walked back his comments during an appearance on entrepreneur Patrick Bet David’s podcast.

“I was wrong,” Rapaport said.

The famous actor said he acknowledged his error about the Charlottesville narrative and admitted that he was duped and misspoke.

“One thing about the … Charlottesville that I ranted about, and I was wrong,” he said. “That was so irresponsible.”

He went on to explain his position.

“Because he said you know, ‘there’s good people on both sides,’ and when you see the full quote that wasn’t what he said, and you know I ranted on him hard for that, hard. There’s some video about it, whatever, and I ranted hard,” Rapaport said.

“Imma tell you right now, I won’t vote.”

“I’m not voting for Biden. I’m not voting for Kamala,” Rapaport told the PBD hosts. Rapaport said he would also not vote for Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom if he were to run.

Rapaport Further Explains Why He Might Vote For Trump

During a 2017 interview, Trump said those who were not neo-Nazis were “very fine people.” Trump also said “we condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry, and violence,” referring to the neo-Nazis.

Rapaport took to Twitter in 2017 torant about how Jared Kushnerwas the “only Jewish guy in the White House” but was a “fucking mute” with regards to Trump’s falsely reported support of white supremacy and neo-Nazis. (Video attached)

MSNBC Reporter Reality Checks Scarborough On Why Special Counsel Noted Biden’s ‘Poor Memory’

Nicole SilverioFebruary 09, 2024

An MSNBC reporter reality-checked anchor Joe Scarborough on why Special Counsel Robert Hur noted President Joe Biden’s “poor memory” in his report relating to his personal possession of classified documents.

Hur wrote in his report, released Thursday, that Biden is a “well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory,” noting he forgot when he served as vice president and when his son, Beau, died. The special counsel said that while Biden willfully kept classified material in his personal possession, Hur concluded that “no criminal charges are warranted.”

Scarborough, who has staunchly defended Biden’s mental capacity, saidHur’s accusation is “Trump-like.”. “We kinda need to stop there.A neurologist, Hur, from Trump University. I mean, I’m sorry, I gotta stop right here. I know we want to go on and finish this report but, I just gotta start. Ken Dilanian, so bizarre and there’s so many people that immediately heard these random, random conclusions. Irreverent conclusions, politically charged, Trump-like ramblingswho, first all, wondered, why in the world would he put that in a report, his neurological assessment of Joe Biden? And secondly, why Merrick Garland would release garbage like that in the Justice Department report? Can you give us any insight? Because it sounds like James Comey in 2016, who couldn’t indict Hillary Clinton legally so he had to hold a press conference and indict her politically.” (Joe’s afraid his and Mika’s big scam is coming to an end.)

“Joe, I understand where you’re coming fromon that, I think a lot of people feel that way,” Dilanian said. “But let me give you the explanationthat I have heard from Justice Department officials and why that was in there, though it did seem gratuitous to a lot of people. If Rob Hur is sayingI haveevidencethat JoeBiden willfully retained classified information, then in fact, hedidn’t just find those documents in 2022like we all thought. Heactually found them in 2017and he’s recorded saying that to his ghostwriter. So why isn’t he charging him?Well, hehas to explain that. So the explanation is Joe Biden said he didn’t remember.” (this is twisted, they can never reveal that Ole Joe is corrupt and incapable of being Resident)

“He was recorded saying ‘I found classified documents in my house in Virginia’ to the ghostwriter. He’s recorded disclosing classified informationto the ghostwriter, according to this report,” he continued. “But he sayshe forgot that. So RobHur has to explain that in fact, the larger context here is that Mr. Biden has forgotten a lot of things.”

Scarborough raged against Hur’s assessment by calling his conclusion a mistake on social media Thursday night. “How remarkable that a special counsel who was bothan attorney AND a neurologistcouldmistakenly writethat Biden willfully took these documents before admitting a few hundred pages later that he had no evidence on the point,” Scarborough said. He accused Hur of attempting to “politically” charge Biden ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

(Wow when you have the CIA mouthpiece explaining to Morning Joe, why this wasn’t a hit piece on Ole Joe, you know the orders above are to stop fighting it, Joe is done! Garland & Hur took two+ years to come up with this obviously strained justification)
