I was thinking. If when obummer sent all that cash to the middle east, he was having to pay back the fronted money or suffer the ire of some people not getting what they paid up front for, you would think that those same kinds of people might be a little more leery about paying up front seeing as how things went south the last time obummer and bidet were in the house.

They have to make sure their stories match and seem plausible. There is a reason why you keep prisoners separate BEFORE you interrogate them.
You hit the nail on the head. The regular people of any nation are pretty much the same. They just want to be able to raise their families safely with adequate food, shelter and clothing. That's all most people really want. It's the rulers who want more.
