History at work. When there's no food, there are revolts. Leadership in the US wisely decided that propping up farmers was a good idea. This, unfortunately, led to corporate farming and pushing the little guy/gal out of the way. This led to shit/processed food. Rise of big pharma, etc.
But yeah, go ahead and remove them food stamps and shit foods from the shelves. Did you see what happened when we suddenly had a shortage of baby formula because we took in millions of women/children from foreign countries and helped them with their asylum journey? Women forgot, entirely, that they are mammals that can produce milk. Then the machine went after children to convince them to chop off their breasts.
Just think about the totality of this. Pure fucking evil. But you've got many generations of people to reverse the programming on. Otherwise, they'll starve, revolt, and set things back another 7-10 years.
