You know, I have just started to become interested in Salt.
I've been buying different types of salt and tasting the difference, in addition to to see if I feel any difference with my blood pressure.
It interests me that for such a vital necessity as salt, that why on earth is it so stigmatized?
Made me think that maybe some types of salts are actually healthier than others. Idk if it's from the nutrient/mineral values, or if it might be from a process of making it (such as certain salts that are super heated into basically lava).
