Youtube child sex offender. Address unregistered in Arizona

This guy has a youtube channel in Apache County Arizona, but his property location is not listed anywhere. He's running a pig farm, and he sleeps in the van that is on his sex offender page. How is this legal? He has already been run off of tiktok, but youtube covers up his sex offender status. His name is John Dallas Hancock. You can tell by the sex offender pictures and the tattoos listed that it is the same guy. Arizona law states that sex offenders have to register for life.

He was arrested for kidnapping and molesting a child in 2013 and did one year in prison in Utah. I am attaching the citi data sex offender notification. If you click on the official offender page you can see his picture.

If you join his members only channel you can watch him slaughter a pig. I wonder what else "members only" receive from a convicted pedophile? He sure has dug a lot of 6 foot deep holes on that property he owns.
