Find it interesting that the only houses of worship that seem to be immune to liberal attack are black protestant denominations.
What are liberals afraid of? An immediate backlash from institutions so closely woven into this community's culture?

Do they consider black churches as continuing to be useful in sowing continued strife and discord between the races?
IMO, Trump is setting this up as an 8th Amendment case for the Supreme Court.
The court is placing his right to appeal an unjust decision upon his surrender of his cash reserves or his property.
I think what Trump's legal team is trying to do is to get the award tossed out on 8th amendment grounds, and on the grounds such a condition for the right to appeal a bad judgement is effectively being taken away by forcing him to either bankrupt himself or surrender his major property holdings.
