I have experience taking ships out of port. The thing that gets me is if all crew are alright then the Lookout Station on the foremast must not have been manned. The falling bridge had to had destroyed that mast

They were leaving Baltimore. From what I saw of the chart the Pilot Boarding Area was on the other side of the bridge.

You know that GPS satelites have a built-in changing offset error right? Yes, super accurate to place missiles through windows into somebody's back pocket, but only if the current offset correction is entered. The idea was not make a satellite constellation that potential enemies could use against us
