Today, the U.S. Senate invoked cloture, a parliamentary procedure by which debate is ended and an immediate vote is taken on the matter under discussion. [1] In the evening the senate is poised to confirm vote and POTUS Biden has already confirmed he will sign the “total tik tok ban” into law [3].
Update: This evening April 23, 2024 the senate voted and approved total tik tok ban. [4]

America is following India’s lead here, where India’s Ministry of Information Technology also totally banned Tik Tok and various other ChinaCCP weaponized neurotechnology from their nation in 2020. It is important to note, that India is another democracy in the world and all democratic nations are under attack by ChinaCCP. 5G is point to point, in other words, the antennas are not omnidirectional, but directional with phased arrays, enabling the antenna sets to link many smart devices 5G+ enabled to the tower. Nina B. of SmartMeterHarm.org reports: PG&E wants $498 million to replace the AMI modules on the Smart gas meters because the modules are “approaching the end of their expected useful life,” according to PG&E’s notice in the Monterey County Herald. PG&E filed Application A.24-03-011, March 14.
The notice also states “Starting in 2027, further costs will be included in the General Rate Case process.” It’s unclear if they mean AMI/Smart Meter costs. If PG&E means to replace the electric Smart Meters, the costs will be astronomical.

Good news. The big corps, such as Oracle, want to purchase the algorithm behind the Tik Tok app on how it works, but ChinaCCP PLA has stated it won’t sell that algo. If anyone cares to have insight into the architecture behind the algo, I’ve reverse engineered it to a fairly good extent and welcome work opportunities for specific and cleared use cases, ethical.
Regarding the court concerns, that’s not a concern at all. With our national security system working again, that whole process is hard wired to secure our nation. ChinaCCP will enjoy spending a ton of money on legal fees and their lobbyists in DC and associated attorneys (e.g. the ones who can cut it doing actual legal work, and not go into lobbying (backup job for law school graduates that can’t cut it as attorneys, but are uber networked).
