It's not just a PsyOp, it's just not the Truth. Noah wasn't Jewish and God gave Noah and all his future generations authority over Earth (all of us) with the covenant made through the Rainbow. I still see rainbows. As for Abraham and Jacob, who came after Noah, those were the Israelites that God sent out for certain missions whom God favored (He favors whom He wills). God also punished the Israelites many times because even miracle after miracle, whom other Bloodlines didn't get to witness even, they constantly complained, doubted, and worshipped false idols anyways.
