Bakers can use Archive.Today to backup breads after baking. Probably best to post archive links in new bread and here, so we have some kind of access to images after 24-hour times limit.
This thread is also for archiving updates to graphics-heavy Resource threads (Planefag, Boatfag, Covid, Election Fraud, etc).
Will we need this in the long-term?
Hard to tell. But better to preserve info for now, until we see what shakes out with the current system or a better one comes along.
