With that understanding and a little logic via grammar you’ll clearly see Q post 1 (reply) is not about Hillary.

Which persons (plural) could be referred to as HRC?

How about a committee?

Since the original board post talks about Hillary, maybe we need to think about how she could be connected to this HRC (committee)

Remember Hillary’s emails? What about the SAPs?

Well, let’s default to our conspiratorial mind’s most loved villains, the CIA.

Does the CIA have or had an HRC?

Now think of a group of people in a committee and analyze Q post 1
