It's still just as true today.

Any individual who murders an innocent shall be punished is a universal law.

This is why there should be no support for Israel until some form of justice exist there.

BTW nobody is trying to get anyone to "get into the war on a side" just tell the truth.

Also it doesn't matter what actions a rioter of a prison did, what reason they are there "chose to be or not" when a riot breaks out it's the fault of the warden and the prion guards.

Of course individuals are held to account for their crimes but a riot is an administrative failure. That's especially true when the cause of riot is guard/administrative abuse.
