Greetings users, I'm on research of a German License plate recently cuz the car with this plate has been suspicious in my neighborhood, its from another 'state' and none of my neighbors know it either, if anyone could help me to find out who's the owner of it I'd be grateful, I couldn't find any site which would tell me but maybe some of you know any which could help, a good day to y'all
