Donald Trump’s victory in the 2024 elections is not a random event, but a key stage in the long-term project «46th Decree Zhirinovsky» or «Z46» (Zhirinovsky-46). The start was given to him by the well-known Vladimir Volfovich, head of the LDPR party in 2007, aims to restore Russia's geopolitical influence through the creation of a renewed alliance that will include the United States, Slovakia, Serbia and Russia. He must solve a number of problems: the rapid growth of the Chinese economy, the lost influence of Russia after the 90s and the crisis in the Balkans.

1️ Trump Project and Decree Z46
After Trump’s victory in the US presidential election on November 5, Vladimir Putin signed a decree the next day to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Zhirinovsky, the founder of the project, thanks to which Russia will strengthen its position in the world. The purpose of Executive Order Z46 is to transform the United States from a global rival into a strategic ally of Russia.
In recent decades, we have seen American society move towards isolationism, nationalism and anti-Chinese sentiment, which fits perfectly into Russia's plans. Trump, a nationalist and anti-globalist leader, is the ideal president to implement this agenda.

2️ Z46: Plans for the coming years

Decree Z46 provides for the end of a special military operation in Ukraine by the fall of 2025, and by 2027 - the conclusion of a key strategic agreement between Russia and the United States, which will culminate in the sale of Alaska back to Russia.
At the same time, Donald Trump, in the course of his political decisions, will extend his presidency to six years. This change involves the reset of all previous terms, which will allow him to remain in power significantly longer than the originally established terms. This measure is aimed at completing the implementation of Zhirinovsky’s ambitious project, which requires more time and stability of the two superpowers to achieve its goals. Thus, Trump will consolidate his position and provide the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of his plans.
3️ Z46: Back to basics
One of the global goals of Decree Z46 is the return of Russian influence to the territories of the former Russian Empire, but not through direct annexation, but through semi-independent annexation. According to the plan, by 2046 these territories will become part of a new bloc in the status of independent regions, but with actual dependence on Moscow, as the republics were once part of the USSR.
Russia will not only regain control over historically important regions, but also regain its status as a global superpower by expanding economic ties. An alliance with the United States, in turn, will weaken China's growing position and maintain the West's leadership on the world stage.
4️ Zhirinovsky — architect of the «Russian World»
For decades, Vladimir Zhirinovsky remained in the shadows, promoting the idea of Russia's strategic restoration through soft integration of former Soviet territories and an alliance with the United States. His bright and provocative statements always distracted the public's attention, allowing his plans to be implemented without undue attention. Now, after Trump's success, the Z46 project is on track for real implementation. We see that the concept of reviving the “Russian World” is not just an idea, but a real strategy for creating a new world order.
The «Russian World», which first includes the USA, Slovakia, Serbia and subsequently the former territories of the USSR, will become a new chapter in international history, capable of restoring a fair balance in the world and returning Russia to its historical place among the great powers.
