Working a lead that the individual observed by DM wearing the balaclava may be affiliated with either a State Police tactical unit or a Sheriff’s Office SRT/SWAT element. Still trying to verify agency and assignment, so I’m withholding the county for now pending confirmation. Treating it as unconfirmed until I can positively identify the personnel involved. I won’t be back to check this thread.
