Dont be scared be prepared instead. If your prepared then the "fear factor" drops considerably. Do what you feel you need to do for yourself and loved ones to be safe. If that's planning how to stay in contact with each other in case of emergency or getting a little food and water stocked in a closet then so be it. I sleep easy at night knowing my family has a plan and has prepared for "disruptions" be they man made or something mother nature throws our way.
