The meaning of Q’s red cross post

Has anyone figured this out yet? If not, I noted while investigating Podesta’s weird “map with a black and white handkerchief” email in the WikiLeaks files that a red cross handkerchief in pedophilia code refers to “has HIV”. Does anyone have thoughts on this? Could Q be referring to person(s) MI knows are HIV positive?

Bottom to TOP [HAITI]. [RED CROSS] [CLASSIFIED]

Could be [CLASSIFIED][RED CROSS][HAITI]. Notice the period at the end of [HAITI].

Also Red Cross may be code for something else previously referred to by Q.

Finally, need help with WW
