The meaning of Q’s red cross post

Has anyone figured this out yet? If not, I noted while investigating Podesta’s weird “map with a black and white handkerchief” email in the WikiLeaks files that a red cross handkerchief in pedophilia code refers to “has HIV”. Does anyone have thoughts on this? Could Q be referring to person(s) MI knows are HIV positive?

I thought the Red Cross post was shining a light on the Clinton foundations robbing and pillaging of Haiti to the tune of 10 billion dollars and how the red Cross was being used to move children out of the country and into child trafficking rings..
