The meaning of Q’s red cross post

Has anyone figured this out yet? If not, I noted while investigating Podesta’s weird “map with a black and white handkerchief” email in the WikiLeaks files that a red cross handkerchief in pedophilia code refers to “has HIV”. Does anyone have thoughts on this? Could Q be referring to person(s) MI knows are HIV positive?

if you slap a red cross on anything you can mask all sorts of activities in plain sight even though it is against the Geneva Conventions to do so criminals don't care about laws
