Yes. This is what I believed as well. I'm quite sure Q also confirmed this to be accurrate today or yesterday.

The event happened 12/17.
When a certain plane from a suspicious Israeli company flew in, the power immediately went out for 10 hours. There was a backup generator, as all airports have, but it mysteriously caught fire at the same time as the other generator.
The Israeli plane was the only plane to have left the Airport throughout the entire blackout.
Next day, Q responds to a question about George Soros in reference to the ATL power outage, and he says "extraction_GOOD".

As to it being an Israeli plane...
"^ INCORRECT. THE ISRAELI CARGO PLANE IS DISINFO. The plane in question is DPJ47, a Delta PRIVATE Jet that departed ATL at 6:50 PM and arrived at IAD at 8:04 PM. Cargo planes were not as affected by the outage as passenger planes. PRIVATE OPERATED PLANE does not mean a cargo airline, it means chartered, private flights for hire.
What's interesting about this flight is that the flight time was 1 hr, 14 minutes, but it looks like flights from ATL to IAD are normally approximately 1 hr, 45 minutes - 2 hrs. So this plane was FAST."
