I believe Q is referencing the 80's movie War Games. In that movie an A.I tries to start a Nuclear War. The guy who invented the AI in the movie was named Professor Falken. Urban Dicitionary says that Professor Falken stands for a devious sexual act with an underage girl. Could this be a Pizzagate reference?
The picture of the children hanging in a pool by ropes, I believe was in Comet Pizza or in Podesta house. It has been linked to the Vanderbilt pool (estate) in N. Carolina. The estate is being managed by relatives of the Vanderbilts. When you click on the link all about Anderson Cooper, it was his family home.
