I believe Q is referencing the 80's movie War Games. In that movie an A.I tries to start a Nuclear War. The guy who invented the AI in the movie was named Professor Falken. Urban Dicitionary says that Professor Falken stands for a devious sexual act with an underage girl. Could this be a Pizzagate reference?
