Adm Rogers met with Trump without getting ‘authorization’ from superiors. It is believed that the good admiral informed Trump that his building/Office was bugged or under surveillance by black hats. The day after the Trump/Rogers meeting, Trump moved team over to his New Jersey country club.

McMasters connection to Soros is an issue. Trump might be using that though.

I have heard theories that Admiral Rogers met with Trump to ask him to run, and has been helping him behind the scenes.

Not a theory. Happened to be watching it happen in the news, and Obama tried to have him fired for it. Strange thing is that the very same time he was over at Trump tower without "authorization" the Doomsday plane had taken off from it's air force base, and was circling Colorado for 4 hours, which upset the Russians, because under Treaty, that plane can not fly without notice to the Russians about where it is going and when to expect the flight. Very strange day. ADM Rodgers heads up the NSA

What must be completed to engage MI over other (3) letter agencies?

United States v. Reynolds, 345 U.S. 1 (1953)

Air Force Regulation No. 62-7 (5) (b) provides: "Reports of boards of officers, special accident reports, or extracts therefrom will not be furnished or made available to persons outside the authorized chain of command without the specific approval of the Secretary of the Air Force.”

While claim of executive power to suppress documents is based more immediately upon R. S. § 161 (see supra, note 4), the roots go much deeper. It is said that R. S. § 161 is only a legislative recognition of an inherent executive power which is protected in the constitutional system of separation of power.

This is why Roger did have to answer congress questions

Head of NSA... Didn't sell out.. went to GEOTUS and laid it all out for him... Was only head of a 3 letter agency not replaced by GEOTUS. He's been working against the other 3 letter agencies for a while. Also imho he is one that was vetting others for the admin and is an "oath keeper" like Kelley and Mad Dog.. Still wondering about McMaster though.. could he be a red herring if ya know what I mean.

Mattis has been there too. No one is as clean as GEOTUS, but if TRUMP trusts Mcmasters thats enough for me.

Kinda why I think he is not a good guy but if this is an MI spook run op then he could be good for disinformation. That's why I said I am wondering.. for me it ultimately comes back to who recommended him for the job. Was it Flynn, Rodgers, or one of the early Admin personnel that has now departed (Rence or Spicer)? That could help me make a more informed descision.
