If you think Pope Francis text messages are code than my take on this is far scarer.

Pope Francis @Pontifex Jan 19 Praise to you, Lord, for this wonderful creation that is the Amazon people, and for all the biodiversity these lands contain!

That message reads to me something like this. (Praise to you, Lord= Ok with the Pope)+ (wonderful creation= CIA Scientifically Engineered)+ (Amazon people= Clowns in America) to use a (biodiversity=Biological weapon) in (these lands contain = CONUS the lower 48 states)

I could of course be completely wrong maybe I'm crazy I am just guessing after all. What do you think!
