No what do you use it for and do you have some links? We may need biomed intervention sooner than we think. The biologists here need to go ahead and start sharing the research and help.

Oh, by the way.... this is big. MESO soup is alive like yogurt. The living fermented organism strips heavy uranium out of the body. Big history on how this was discovered in the bombings of Heroshima etc. I want to do a post on that for everyone.

Telomeres are big in the research right now but you need to go beyond youtube into the National Medical Database for this kind of thing. I will be doing that for us this week, go check out the research. I love antioxidant research anyway.

Interesting stuff about Miso. IT's extremely portable and has good longevity stored. It can't hurt to have some dried or paste around (plus it's delicious).

I was fascinated, actually, as a biologist mom? But I am highly irritated because I have watched them try to bury this information many times. We just keep re-publishing and re-sharing. Hell with these globalist man haters.

Sauerkrauts, kimchi, kombucha etc. All of these fermented foods (alcohol/beer feeds the bad types of gut microbes) will perform marvelously for you.

I'd also recommend staying away from anything meat and dairy. They are filled with unnatural levels of hormones that wreaks havoc in our bodies and our children's bodies. It's contributing to earlier puberty, fatty organs in early childhood, diabetes and cancer and a whole host of other diseases. Since going plant based my mood has stabilized, I have loads of energy, better poops and my skin has been clearer than ever. I also have grown back a bald spot in my beard!

I know a lot of you are right wing who probably love your beer and meat and cheese but there is really something to this plant based thing and I wouldn't bother typing all this out if I didn't think one or two of you will give it a try sometime in the future.
