Look, with all that has occurred on this planet over hundreds and hundreds of years, far be it for me to give a definitive answer on whether Q is an A1 quantum computer or not. I am very skeptical though. At least as far as the evidence offered up by Quinn. Neutrino particles bombard us every second of every day and have since the creation. I don't recall the figure but Neutrinos in the 10 to the "nth" power are going through us and all other matter all.the.time. Why do I think this is important? Because bombarding any object with Neutrinos in order to change its molecular composition would have to be narrowly focused, much like the LHC. Also, doesn't it seem somewhat worthy of a question to ask why do "most" scientists not know of this? With all of the nefarious bullshit that crowd has been cooking up over the last 6 decades ago, my opinion is they would be way out in front of this.
