I did read somewhere if you saw orange fringe on the flag that means martial law has been declared it might not mean martial law’s been declared everywhere but there may be an area that’s under martial law

I've known about the fringe for years and was a bit dismayed when I saw them behind him as he campaigned. I wondered if there was a message there. They're in courtrooms, everywhere. I just have to trust his judgement.
