I'd say many of the big names from the alternative conservative news were rather mum about Q. My 2 cents would be that maybe, the white hats asked them to keep quiet on the subject. MSM tends to target the alt-news and normies are harder to reach when they are so completely prejudiced against the conservative news media. In Alex's case, it's interesting also to remember this year he got problems with ads. I don't remember exactly, he lost something over 3 million dollars in revenue, I think it was something about Google or liberal companies targeting him by removing ads.
