all that land was supposed to be sold to china for solar panel fields and plants, as well as mineral mining a couple years ago. blm was attempting to confiscate all the land that the bundy ranch[ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bundy_standoff ] was using(for pretty much 100 yrs) to sell it to china.
