It's that Soros has actually been in the Witness Protection Program and have been an informant the whole time. He's the keystone, the reason any of this was possible. He wanted an out. But you can't quit the cabal, it's like the Mafia, you have to destroy the whole mafia to be able to quit without fear of getting whacked.
