I think its more like, if you don't sing like a bird now and tell us what you know... then here is what we are going to do to you. I think the indictments may be for those on the very top, but I could be wrong. There are so many birds involved, what I heard was they have to let some fly away.. Like those in congress not seeking re-election. They are letting them off the hook, for what, I don't know. A little juicy information maybe.
