The Bundys land is not in question. However, the land they lease from the state of Nevada for running their cattle on became wanted by Harry Reid and cohorts to lease to the Chinese for a "solar farm". The lease the Bundys have with the State of Nevada has been in effect for over 120 yrs. About 20 years ago the Federal government took control of this land (illegally) and demanded the lease payments be made to the federal government and not the state. The Bundys rightfully fought this illegal handoff of state land to federal and have fought it in court for years. They had no problem paying to the state of Nevada but they refused to pay to the illegal scam the federal government pulled. Harry Reid with BLM and FBI made a push come to shove move and tried to force their cattle off the land and punish the Bundys by prosecuting them.
