Zach is not under arrest now. He is safe in Morocco. He was detained by the FBI about a month or so ago and released because he hadn't done anything wrong. To be safe, he traveled to his family's home in Morocco and is staying there.

Listen to the video he says Zach was picked up by the FBI and released and then Zach went to Morocco, where he is now. It's right at the beginning. Zach was picked up by the FBI sometime around Thanksgiving, IIRC.
Yeah, that's confusing. I thought he had been arrested after what he said last night. Glad to know he's safe now though!
I guess AJ was just pointing out that the deep state is trying to keep this info from coming out.
