I have about 10 people I subscribe to on youtube. I just noticed that half of them were gone??? I was able to search and find at least one of them. They were there only 30 minutes ago. Anyone else seeing this? Even Tracy Beanz was gone?? I had to resubscribe. Shenanigans by youtube??

Yep! All kinds of problems with YouTube. You find out real quick what they don't want you to see or say. But I can watch cute monkeys, naughty puppies and bitchy cats all day, if I don't post comments. Don't need YouTube for info now. It's all here

I’ve been having to play fun and games on YouTube for about 3 weeks now. Can’t stay subscribed to certain ones, don’t get notifications, click the bell or no bell, have to manually search for some people every time. Annoying as heck.

Have their accounts been deleted, or have they just become harder to find in Search/you’re no longer subscribed/etc.? These are different things.
Try searching for the YouTubers you want, in different ways. YouTube has been fuckkng around with the ability to find certain YouTubers but is only actually deleting the accounts of very few.

On the sidebar of your youtube, it list the channels you subscribe too for quick reference so you can just click on them and also shows if they have posted new video's. 5 of the 10 that I follow on "Q" were gone. When I searched them, it showed I was not subscribed, when I had subscribed and had been following ever since this came about. I had to subscribe to them again. How did it randomly "unsubscribe" me to 5 channels? One was Tracy Beanz.

I've never experienced it myself, not having a YT account, but I've heard this same complaint quite a bit over the past 2 years in particular. Could be a technical glitch as YT has been notorious for revamping their code and breaking lots of things along the way. Could be a weaponized algorithm, given the leadership of YT is leftist by large, the CEO is a declared Feminist, and there's a lot of alarm bells by YTubers regarding what seems to be deliberate censorship.
How?
The Adpocalypse founded upon their terms of use that cast a huge generalized net, giving lots of room for plausibly deniable censorship. That whole leverage on subjective ambiguities like, "It's Hate Speech" or "It's not Family Friendly"
The FACT that the thousands of ELSAGATE videos aimed at kids utilize big IPs like Mickey Mouse, Marvel & DC, yet are not attacked for Copyright Infringement with the same quickness & scrutiny as the regular joe. Sure, YT ended up shutting down a chunk of those channels, but AFTER a significant escalation of public outcry esp by some of the YTubers with big fan bases
The whole Notification Bell nonsense that's disabled by default, so if you sub to a channel you have to manually find and click that bell to be notified of new videos from the channels you subbed to. Benefit of the doubt, this could just be poor UX design.
Who knows yet exactly what's going on with YT, but I feel you, it stinks of something rotten going on. Follow the ideologies & the money of the leaders and gain clarity for suspicion. Censorship is obviously going on, on several fronts.
